“Quiet and clean”

“Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.....

“The amenities were exceptional! Our room was dirty and outdated. Front desk clerk checking in was short and rude. I would suggest staying at the tradewinds other hotel which we spent most of our time. Be careful beach service adds in gratuity and doesn’t tell you”

“This was by far the worst vacation and the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were okay and seemed fairly new, but the towels were extremely limited, and the same went for the toilet paper. When we arrived, there was a large water leak right in the middle of the entrance area. However, that wasn’t even the worst part. There are stairs everywhere and no elevator.
