“This property is as advertised and is a great option if you are visiting the Mayo Clinic for several days. It was very easy to communicate with the owner and it was a very convenient location to the Mayo clinic, with just an 8 to 10 minute drive to get back-and-forth to Mayo. There are lots of retail and restaurant options in the vicinity. The property was clean and featured two bedrooms upstairs with a full Jack and Jill bathroom and a half bath downstairs. “Beautiful home in the inside, house was clean and welcoming. Everything that you may need that you would have in your own home, was there. I did wish it was a tv in all rooms. After long day out, i kind of wanted to get away from the rest of fam and watch a good movie, but i had to sit in living area with some. Other than that, nice location middle of everything, i dont even think we were 10 mins from beach. Cant wait til next time!”

“We live here in Jax. My granddaughter just turned 19 and wanted a little getaway. She was so happy when I suggested renting a house with a pool. AKA. .live in your bathing suit!.lolThe home was immaculate and nicely furnished. And the neighborhood? Quiet as a mouse! We just might be back!”

After seeing the return vent caked with it, and hearing the handler working like crazy in the garage, we pulled the air filter and it was soaking wet and full of dust. The guest bathroom ceiling was sagging and the tub was an absolute slip hazard. ”

“My husband and 2 little dogs loved this house! Pool and back patio was very nice!Back patio is fully fenced in so we felt safe with the dogs off leash.Beds were comfortable. Decor modern. Plenty of space for us!We had all necessities needed.Everything is very close to either eat or shop.Beach is right across street. Not crowded.We absolutely loved our stay!”

“Very nice home, the washer door handle was broken off though I went to try and open it and it cut my fingers up. I love the area it was in. I do suggest getting rid of the spiders it was a great big one in the tree. I would book again when I come back home for a visit.”

“The place was great for a quick trip. On the beach, walk out to the pool, bar/food onsite. The floors were a little sandy, and the onsite bar didn’t allow anyone under 21 to sit and eat after 5pm, but other than that we will be back. ”

“The owners were very responsive, the house had everything we needed. Our only gripe was the thin curtains in the bedrooms because we like to sleep in the dark. But everything else was great! Thank you! ”
