Hotel a Jamesport

“Supposed to be breakfast by 6/6:30.there was absolutely nothing by 7a.m..zero staff around either. The stairs to the second floor had lots of dirt chunks, not huge problem but a red flag. The room was miserably hot upon entering and had a bad smell. Turned the air on and immediately got hit with musty urine smell. Yay. Too exhausted to deal with changing rooms or hotel at this point. But will not return or recommend. Disgusting. And the little shampoo and conditioner bottles were obviously used...

“Staff was great. Check in was easy and the manager was very friendly. Housekeeping was amazing. When we asked for something they always gave us more than we needed. Our room was clean and comfortable, and it was quiet which we appreciated as well. Parking was adequate but the lot has some potholes. There is no breakfast available but there are fast food places nearby. Overall it was a really good stay and we would come back.”

“Very RUDE front desk employee on May 21, 2026! We will never stay here again and would love for Expedia to remove this hotel. Conditions were dirty, and we could deal with that better than Rude, mean treatment from employee!”

“The pool and hot tub were difficult to enter and exit. More/better railings would have made me feel safer.”
