“Great little suite in the cutest town of Culpeper. Place was extremely clean, quiet and convenient to all types of dining, shopping and train station. Beautifully decorated city with Christmas theme. Staff answered questions via email almost immediately. Very professional. We will stay here again. Highly recommend. ”

“The front desk clerk was friendly and personable! She went out of her way to accommodate all my requests! The room was clean and smelled good! The hotel was a little older but repairs had been made. Parking was a breeze and the heat was wonderful on a cold, snowy night! Hot water was also pleasing, I’ve been to several hotels in the past that it was always a problem early in the morning and I was so happy when I turned it on, each time I had wonderful hot water. “The Inn was on a lovely property near a river walk. An amazing ale house is also on the property. Very quaint and comfortable. Games, books and a front porch swing were provided. Our hosts were accommodating and friendly. The Breakfests were exceptional with delightful farm fresh eggs and produce. Overall it was a very relaxing and fun getaway. A side note that Sperryville is a weekend town there was not much to do during the week. ”
