“We enjoyed our time in Kentucky. Quiet, clean home close to everything. I realized I forgot to run the dishwasher when we left which was the only check task asked of me and I feel terrible about that. Some places have a list of check out tasks. Thank you Tyler for your hospitality. ”

“Nice place to stay. Beautiful backyard with fireflies. Clean place, has everything you need. Planes flying over head 24 hrs a day was not something i planned on dealing with. My fault not theirs. Not the safest feeling neighborhood. But house was everything they said. ”

“The property was just as described. Very nice location about a 10 minute walk to Main Street and all the tasting rooms. Also about a 10 minute drive to Churchill Downs. Tyler was an outstanding communicator and extremely responsive to any questions we had. Check-in was easy and he let us keep our car parked after checkout since we had a late flight which made things much more convenient for us. Highly recommend this property and can’t say enough good things about Tyler.”

The apartment building was nice and the apartment itself was comfortable. It was a short drive from the Lynn Family stadium, downtown Louisville, and many dining options. We had a great stay! ”
