“Stayed here because website showed a nice outdoor pool right on their main webpage and we planned to spend the day there. Get there and its all covered and some BS excuse of pipe problems. No mention of that on website. Already there, stayed a night and checked out in the morning. Owners didnt give a damn and said I was being charged both nights anyway. Wouldn't even give me a receipt! Went to Expedia and they said "hotel owners declined a refund", like I give a damn what they say? I will...
