“Was nice”

“The room was clean. Staff was friendly and nice. The ones doing the daily cleaning, always knocked on my door to see if i needed anything. Overall the 10 days i was here was a very pleasant stay. Brenda was my favorite housekeeper.”

“I was surprised by the niceness of the Room. Clean quiet restful night. I had one problem to no avail. My Smart T.V. wasn’t so smart as I along with two employees David & Kai spent 45 minutes trying to troubleshoot. I was in Room 103. I was offered to switch Rooms for which I declined because I was exhausted and already comfortably situated in the Room. ”

“Only complaint I have is the area around the hotel is very busy and not well lit at night. Impatient drivers like to beep at you if you fail to turn quick enough at red lights. ”

“It was amazing and the night clerk took his time and was very helpful and kind to me on what was a very difficult night. I appreciate his kindness so much.”

“We had an amazing experience and if we are ever up that way again, we would choose to stay at that facility again. The only negative thing I can say about it was the a/c filter was GROSS. But my husband cleaned it and we went about our stay. ”
