L'impiegata alla reception è stata molto cortese e gentile nell'offrire tutto il suo supporto ma alla fine ho dovuto effettuare, tramite expedia, una nuova prenotazzione con prezzo notevolmente maggiorato. La zona reception e la zona breakfast è in completa ristrutturazione, come segnalato dalla strttura alla prenotazione, ma la reception sembrava un piccolo campo profughi così come la sala colazione ricavata in una piccola stanza...

“The property was in a convenient location to access downtown Grand Rapids & to get on or off the interstate. I only complaint we had was how cold the temperature was in the indoor pool. Other than that the staff was friendly & helpful, plus there was a good selection for breakfast.”

“We arrived to check in at 4pm per the booking and there were about 15 people in the lobby waiting to check in as well. It was quite humid in the lobby with a gross damp odor. There were no rooms ready. There was no one at the front desk to even speak to when we walked in. One couple had been waiting for an hour. We waited 45 more minutes then requested a refund to which we were provided an email to “apply” for one as the manager wasn’t even present in the building or able to speak to us. Worst...

“I was very disappointed in the shape of this motel. I chose it since it was the closest to my destination. Based on the reviews, I thought I would give it a try. The clerk said that he was giving us a newly remodeled room, so I was quite hopeful that it would be our new hotel used for our visits to Comstock Park. The room was dark and clearly not remodeled, except for a newer bedspread and couch. the bathroom only had one hand towel, wash cloth and towel. Which was ok in the end since we would...
