Hotel a Joy

“They are Always kind, friendly and accommodating. I had been put through a lot of extra garbage/hassle by Enterprise Rental and was just really worn out. I had a very nice rest there. It's an older place but was quite clean. Staff is very nice. Breakfast is moderate. No real hot good but toast, bagels, coffee. I appreciated them when I was really tired. ”

“If I wasn’t my friend was in hospice, and I went through a great expense to get there and I didn’t spent much time there,I would have loss the money I paid and gone somewhere else. The place was dirty. Equipment did not work. repairs being done on the building. ”

“The building was very clean and was nicely decorated/furnished. Staff were friendly. I don't wish to add a negative, but the advertised "heated pool" was actually "cold." It was a bummer, as my husband and I were celebrating our 23rd anniv. and haven't been swimming in ages. I mentioned it to the desk host; she said it's kept at a steady 85 degrees but that she would mention it to the maintenance department. The hotel is lovely overall. “My wife has a great stay here. She said the staff was very friendly, and everything was nice and clean. The pool was closed the day they tried to swim but it wasn't a big deal since we didn't even know they had one. Over all great experience.”
