“Exactly as advertised. Comfy spot right in the heart of Kona town. This is an older property and the unit has been really nicely renovated. Small but space is used well so just right for 2 adults. All of the important things were just right - nice shower, decent bed, just enough counter space for coffee and snacks, and good AC. Pool area is close by and is perfect for a cool dip. No this is not a show place with an incredible view. However, would definitely stay here again as it is...

“Amazing sunsets, beautiful secure gated property, close to Kona airport, Costco and Kailua, yet quiet and away from tourists. Door handle is tricky, so just pull handle up instead of pushing handle down after entering code. Higher elevation, so cools off at night making sleeping very comfortable. Sometimes you hear kids thumping around upstairs. Coqui frogs and murmuring ducks provide lovely nighttime orchestra. Bed is comfortable. Host very responsive to needs and may sell you tasty farm fresh...
