“I love the breakfasts at Holiday Inn Express, but the room was not deep cleaned. The bathtub had orange gunk growing in the corner, the bathroom fan was filthy with dust, and it smelled musty in the room. This may be because it was a pet room. We do appreciate that they allow pets, but the smell was more musty than dog. A nice property outside the room, and just a bit of spring cleaning would make the whole property worth returning.”

“The stay was excellent, room was spotless and breakfast was great! The poor employee checking us in was so very sick with a cold or flu. He should not have been working. Management should have found someone else to work or covered the shift themselves!”

“There were ants in the first room, the staff was nice but provided no real solution besides a new room. The second room had mold in the bathroom doorway and you had to put up the toilet seat just to open the door (room 222). Not to mention half of the doors were open to the actual rooms, which my friend (with a different reservation) had to deal with. The window in her room was cracked as well.
