“Front desk staff/maintenance staff were great. However, a particular female employee (perhaps cleaning staff) was EXTREMELY RUDE AND ABRASIVE to my wife. We had a problem with the door handle to front door of our room. Front desk staff told us how to get it to open. Next day still had the problem. My wife asked a cleaning staff lady if she could open the door. She said my wife had to go to front desk. My wife went to front desk, they walked back to room to assist. My wife was telling...

“Staff was great! This is a no frills hotel, but it’s new and clean. We stayed here for 5 weeks while our house was being remodeled. It only had one night stand and one arm chair, but two bar chairs. Very inconvenient if you need electronics at both sides of the bed. The peninsula chairs were hard and very low backed. If you need to work from your room, this would be very uncomfortable. Fortunately, we were on the ground floor. The elevator was broken twice during the 5 weeks.”
