Hotel a Keedysville

“Where to start? With the welcome packet hanging on the door. My husband and I approached the Inn on the afternoon of May 31, 2026. On the door, we found a welcome packet with a page inside directed to "Expedia Guest." A copy of this is attached. In the attached note, Mark introduced himself and then started complaining about Expedia. In the fourth paragraph of the note, he days the commission Expedia takes "makes it tough for small inns like ours." In the fifth paragraph, I kid you not,...

“The staff was exceptional! They were all very nice and helpful. It didn't have a pool but we knew that when we booked it. The breakfast was alright. It's a little thing but the "do not disturb" signs would not stay on the door handle. They fell off every time you left or entered the room. Be aware that the rooms don't have a microwave, unless you ask for one. All in all it was a very nice stay. The rooms and grounds were very well kept too. We'd be back for the staff alone! Great stay.”

“We weren’t there long enough to use any amenities so I can’t really speak to that but it was a nice room and bathroom. No complaints at all. If breakfast was supposed to be part of the fee it was not obvious when it was served.”

“This stay was my second visit to this property. I will be back next time I need to stay in the area. Check in took a bit of time as there was a line in front of me but once I made it to the counter the staff was great, and they had my reservation on hand and provided me with a key in a few minutes. Room and bathroom was clean and TV, AC, and all other items worked as intended. The shower had HOT water and great pressure so that's a plus. I did not eat breakfast but it looked like typical hotel...
