“Hotel staff was decent, bed was comfy. Had to switch rooms at 2am due to finding a cockroach, just to be switched to a less valuable room and when I opened the door to the new room there was a naked dude sleeping in bed. Got switched again to a room that didn’t have a fridge/freezer for my cold stuff, finally got upgraded to a jacuzzi room but tv did not work. Breakfast is a loaf of bread, cheap bagels and a toaster. Would not recommend this hotel.”

“I was very disappointed to book and prepay a king room and end up with two queens. I dislike the two queens rooms- very little space outside of the beds, bad angles all around to the TV etc. I was told it was because they were “so busy”. Well, I rebooked and paid for my room choice so busy should not have mattered. Nearly $400 a night is a lot for a room type I dislike.
Next, I called room service for over an hour with no answer. You can no longer order from the TV so it just was not available....

“Breakfast was sad-looking. I tried the scrambled eggs , which did not taste like eggs-very watery. Room had comfortable bed, but carpeting in room was like walking on concrete. It took me several tries to turn on the water to the bathtub, very hard to turn- I thought I would break the handle. The staff was great- very friendly and helpful. But the place was just weird.”
