Hotel con palestra a Key West

“Struttura bella e ben curata personale gentile ma : Sono arrivati a rifare la camera alle 5 del pomeriggio; Il centro storico è molto più lontano dei 3.6 km indicati La navetta per andare in centro è disponibile soltanto ogni ora ed ha soltanto 25 posti che confrontando il numero degli ospiti presenti e’ assolutamente insufficiente ( più di una volta siamo stati costretti ad usare Uber in quanto ci hanno lasciato a piedi pur arrivando all’ora stabilita) Si potrebbe migliorare con poco!!!!!!”

“Check-in wasn’t the best. The guy at the desk said they would text when the room was ready. I never got a text, ended up going back to a different employee and apparently my room had been ready. Elevators out of order, of course, so had to drag bags up 3 flights of stairs. No daily housekeeping. No microwave or safe in room. The jets on the hot tub were broken. The swimming area/ beach was not swimmable. The water smelled like sewage. ”

“Tutto bene, bel hotel, spiaggia e buona posizione. Unico neo che non ci hanno rifatto la stanza anche se abbiamo chiesto tutta la giornata di rifarcela. Per il resto bella spiaggia dentro l’hotel e si mangia bene. La stanza carina, ma niente di che comunque un bel posto in una residenza storica ”

“Nous avons passé un super séjour. L'hôtel est très bien équipé, surtout avec le grand jardin et tout les jeux. Par contre très mauvaise expérience sur notre départ. Nous avons oublié des objets personnels dans un tiroir de la chambre (nous sommes certain à 1000%). Nous sommes partis à 9h. Nous sommes revenu à 14h quand on s'en ai rendu compte. Le monsieur à l'accueil nous a certifié que la femme de ménage n'avait rien trouvé. J'appelle ça du vol... Très décue de ce comportement. ”
