“Worst hotel stay of my life. The first room entered had an awful wet dog and urine odor the second you stepped through the door. We immediately went back to the front to ask for a new room, and the attendant was very kind and gave us another room. The second room also had a similar odor and damp carpet throughout the whole room. I felt disgusted the entire night. The only reason I would give this hotel a 1 star is because of the hotel attendant being kind.”

“Toilet paper holder was about to fall off the wall, toilet valve was leaking. Office had a bad smell so not sure what was going on there. Check-in staff was very nice!”

“Gas leak at 12am. Had to evacuate and leave. No staff on duty was helping out. Need full refund. I had to find a motel at 12am with a pregnant wife. ”

“The room was very dirty! Bathroom very gross/dirty!!! We had a broken mirror door in the bedroom which was hazardous with us having a special needs child! Our bed sheets had fresh blood stain on it! Went downstairs to get new sheets for me to change myself!! Put a complain at the front desk but didn’t even receive a call from the manager. Which I had ask to speak to and was inform she wasn’t available.. had such an awful experience! Would never want to stay at this hotel chain ever!!!”

“The hotel was very accommodating, utilized it as a rest stop en route to Florida for vacation. I feel that the cleanliness could have been better but it was perfect stay for a quick sleeping break and definitely pet friendly :)”
