“Great location right on the ocean ! Beautiful views from the lanai and master bedroom. Laundry in unit was much appreciated. Would stay again.”

“A great deal and situated on Alicia drive south of the Kailua-Kona nightlife district. The place was clean and comfortable and very attractively priced. Definitely the Hawaiian Hale experience! The landlord was very nice and obviously invested in our having a pleasant stay. To access the unit younger to climb a stairwell - don't rent this unit if you are unable to handle stairwells or have small (mobile not babies!) children. Perfect for a couple! Classic Hawaiian experience but not the classic...

“The host greeted us upon arrival and showed us to our space. That evening there was a cockroach in the kitchen area that went under the cabinets. The next evening the cockroach was going along the wall near the ceiling around the room. I made the host aware and never received a response. When walking outside and to the vehicle, be aware of spider webs between the trees. There are quite a few eye level that we had to duck and dodge to not hit. ”

“Confusing to get in. No glass on the windows. Used soap in the shower. No expected ammenities like soap and coffee. Live Lizard running across the wall. Shower only had very hot water... could not control temp. Bedspread was very worn. Dangerous steep driveway with pothole. ”

“Clean unit in good location, pictures make place look a little better than in person. Owner very responsive when asking questions. Very friendly employees and residents.”

“Had a great stay at Lychee Hale with a wonderful host, Emma. Loved seeing the pigs, chickens, geckos, and birds. Enjoyed playing disc golf, eating fruit from the various fruit trees on the property, and watching the sun set over the Pacific from the deck each evening. ”
