“It is really very close to the beach, you can even walk it.i also love the place itself. very quiet. The only thing really is the air con is very loud that you can’t sleep! That is the tie breaker. Either you sleep in comfort with the loud sound of the air conditioner blasting loud into your ear or hot but quiet during the night. I always end up turning off the air and just taking off my clothes under the covers Lol. Also the small window by the back porch doesn’t have a curtain so the neighbor...

“This is a really nice property in Kona. It was very comfortable and very well furnished. Jim, who lives upstairs on the property, was a very gracious and friendly host. The views from the lanai are spectacular.”

“The induction cooktop was great. Outside shower worked well. We had trouble with Internet, it was a poor signal. Would suggest Star Link. The bedsheets kept popping off the bed. Got a couple beautiful sunset pictures from the porch. ”

“The check in process was easy and transparent. Our room was small but comfortable. However, upon checking in, we noticed mold in our AC unit. As soon as it turned on overnight, we woke up coughing. We ended up checking out the next morning and getting another hotel room. I reached out to the host by email and phone three times about a partial refund. I am still waiting to hear back.”

“Nancy and Chris were wonderful hosts, very responsive to any of our questions and kindly granted our request for an early check-in. Their condo is well apportioned with everything you might need, she even supplied brand new beach chairs even though the ones already there were just fine. The complex was clean and well maintained with a very nice swimming pool and newer BBQ’s. This condo is ocean front, so taking in the beautiful sunsets from your lanai is something not to be missed! Snorkeling...

“Lychee Hale is a true oasis and retreat space thoughtful touches and amenities throughout. Loved spending time on the back porch with a view of the ocean, fruit trees and song birds as well as the farm animals and green geckos so heavenly!”

“People people, It was my first time to this place and I loved it. Very spacious for a family and just a heads up the laundry room is like a magical downstairs secret room. All in all It's worth it to stay there. I highly recommend 11 out of 10 stars.”
