“Great location and very clean room.”

“The staff was off sight. I have to say though that via Ring and SMS he was still very helpful, friendly and curious. Actually he was the best part of our stay. Problem #1 The bathroom smelled of urine. AND in the bowl was URINE. Problem #2 The floor in the bathroom is woeful. I put towels down so I didn't have to walk on it by the toilet. The flooring was shot. It was pulling away from the floor boards, walls and fixtures. Problem#3 the sink had a leak, but not to worry, the garbage can was...

“The hotel was an okay hotel. The bathroom was very small which you could barely move around in. It wasn't really Victorian looking either. There was no hot water in the room, so we had to move to another room, but the man helping us had to make sure the water worked in the room he was moving us into first. The hotel needs to be upgraded, which seems to be the theme with every Wyndham hotel we have stayed in. The walls seem very thin. Would not stay here again.”

“Cozy, serene. Just what we needed. Loved the screened in porch! Grounds landscaping needs lots of attention, it has been let go. Enjoyed Willow Creek. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Questo è un classico motel americano. LA camera al secondo piano è un po' scomoda per portare i bagagli, ma più silenziosa. La stanza è pulita, ma avrebbe necessità di una risistemata, Il bagno è piccolissimo e la vasca con la tenda lo occupano quasi tutto. Il lavandino è in camera ed è minuscolo. Il letto comodo. La colazione ottima, al di sopra delle aspettative e giustifica in parte il prezzo che è da hotel e non da motel!!”

“Old food from previous guest was left in room fridge, but they took it away quickly when notified. Hot tub jets were weak, but temperature was nice. Our room was downstairs near the outside door...noisy door, noisy upstairs guests (i.e. kids jumping off of furniture).”

“We would definitely stay in this cabin again and recommend it to others. It was nicely updated, clean and very quiet. I would just recommend they check the fireplace and leave specific directions, as we couldn't get the controller to turn it on.”

“Rooms were clean and well stocked. We had two rooms and stayed one night. Breakfast options were great. I forgot my prescription eye glasses but staff didn’t seem to care when I called a few hours after checking out. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel for a quick stay.”

“Was surprised at the property and location. Not as plush as I expected from the pictures. Classic beach hotel and classic beach upkeep. The staff was great. The location was sketch. However the spa was lovely but chilly to get there.”

“We arrived at 3:20 pm for a 4:00 pm check in. The hostess was extremely rude and informed us she was the only one working and we had arrived too soon Most of the property is closed off. Only the kitchen and guest rooms were accessible. There was no sense of experiencing a Victorian home Towels and other amenities were below par”
