“Monday morning at 6:40 a.m. they started with trash pickup outside and landscaping which was irritating that early in the morning. The check-in instructions should have noted that there is not a person to check you in and they did not give us our hotel room on the instructions.”

“Unico motel che non ci ha soddisfatto nel nostro viaggio. Mostra l’età perché soprattutto trascurato. Cassaforte in camera ma non funzionante. Insetti in bagno e formiche al mattino nel lavandino. Forse volevano evitare cattivi odori nel frigo ma lasciare 2 mezzi limoni fino a farli ammuffire non è una buona idea. Personale scortese. Fortunatamente rimasti una sola notte. Da evitare assolutamente.”

“Having stayed in a pretty bad similar cost hotel just down the street the week before, this one was a breath of fresh air. Clearly recently remodeled and great for the price. The shower was a little dark and there were a couple of cracked tiles in the bathroom but the fridge was cold, the bed was fine, the desk was nice, the carpet looked new. It’s not the Grand Hyatt but it was perfectly located for what I was doing and totally fine.”

“A charming motel with a fun bar to hang in. We rented four cabins for three days of golf and we really enjoyed the Ojai Rancho Inn. Walking distance to the Ojai Valley Inn, lovely walking path into town which is super charming. Go to The Duchess for breakfast!”

“My sister and I stayed 1 night. It was a very clean facility with free bikes and a nice pool. I enjoyed the free coffee. The bed was ok—a bit too soft for my preference, but others might like that. I got good sleep either way. Quiet and tucked a bit away from the main town center.”

“Austen's restaurant is boarded up, was red tagged by county & an eye sore thoughout the property. Under construction is no where listed on Expedia or the website. Because I had a separate reservation for next day I was told to call & check if this room would still be available for tomorrow. As told I called front desk from the room multiple times & no answer. Next day I let Macy know I had been calling all morning, she said they never got a call and would let maintenance know about the phones....
