My room looked nothing like the pictures. Was not told the pet fee of $20 per night would also be taxed, room we had was very outdated, floors were nasty, toilet didn't flush all the way unless you stood there and held the handle down. “This hotel was great. The room was huge, sparkling clean and all new. The mattress was very high quality and the sheets and pillows were good. The front desk staff was very helpful. The hotel far exceeded my expectations and I will stay here again. ”

“The room is adjoined to another condo which is not disclosed at booking. When the other condo has the door open, the A/C shuts off which was a major issue. When the A/C did kick on, it barely worked. An employee walked into our condo (the door WAS locked) without knocking. He had the wrong room. There was visible dust and dirt on the bathroom floor like it had not been cleaned at all. Blood like stains on the linens and under neath the bed looked like that’s where all the dirt got swept.
