“Very clean rooms”

“All around wonderful hotel!! From check in to the courteous staff, to the clean rooms, the spacious pool area (the pool itself was a tad small) but they had fresh towels out there, music playing, and a kiddie pool. Breakfast was also wonderful, with literally all kinds of yummy options. When coming through Rockport this will now be our go to hotel! And we've stayed at several in the area.”

“Thee pool definitely needs an upgrade,looks old and dirty”

“Excellent location; it provides the bare essentials. The only downside—though it has nothing to do with the hotel itself—is the swarm of mosquitoes present at night and in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.”

“All was good. The lobby lady was so nice, it started raining and we were a few hours early from check in but she let us eat our food in the lobby and was so welcoming. Great location right across from the beach. ”

“Assegnata una camera al primo piano inutilizzata da tempo, sporca ed impolverata. Trovato scarafaggio morto nella vasca. Camera subito cambiata con altra al 2 piano più grande ed abbastanza pulita. Struttura poco curata frequentata probabilmente da stanziali. Personale ok così come la colazione. Se di passaggio con camera assegnata pulita ok ”

“My families go to spot for Rockport beach fun”

“Nice, clean close to all restaurants. Grandson loved fishing pier. A little pricey but it was worth it for us.”

“Loved it...so close to water”

“There was an issue or something when i checked in, since apparently my room was not marked as occupied. Another customer as well as an employee tried to open my room twice while we were in there. Also, somebody went in while we were away, since we noticed some things missing.”

“Our first time staying there. The location was great for what we needed. HEB and Popeyes in walking distance. Justin was great in letting us know where to eat and how to catch the ferry. We will be booking there again shortly. Thank you.”

“My wife suffered bed bug bites”

“Hotel was not clean we had to keep going to get towels and toilet paper from the front desk had to show them are dirty towels in order to get fresh towels key card keep malfunction it was just not a pleasant stay will not be returning”

“The property was immaculate. The room was very clean and comfortable.”

“Structure is outdated (1930s historical building). Needs exterior remodeling.”

“The toilet leaked, couldn’t get a hold of anybody at the property only seen him when we checked in. The pool was supposed to open at 9 AM never opened found a fingernail in my bed that didn’t belong to me or anyone with me. The water for the bathtub wasn’t even hot. Just terrible. Terrible. Stay altogether. Do not recommend staying there.”
