“As soon as I got to the property, there was no one there. There was a list of phone numbers, but no instructions whatsoever. I called and someone came and gave me an envelope with my keys in it. We got into the room and it reeked of smoke. It took me quite a while to get used to it. At one point, I accidentally left my keys in the room. When I called to see if someone could help me get in, she told me that the master key was in the office, and she told me exactly where it was (not easily hidden...

Its location is great, being between Beulah/Crystal Lake and Traverse City/Interlochen. We had a wonderful stay; highly recommended.”
