“I called at least a week in advance to reserve a specific executive room. I was told it will be on hold. I even called back a few days later to confirm the room and was told yes.. only to arrive to a completely different room than I asked for. Which was annoying and loud from highway noise. I don’t know what is going on but management and canonization at this establishment are beyond mediocre. I requested a late check out and was never told that they are a suddenly charging late checkout...

“Nice property in the St. Louis area! Very clean and luxurious feel to it. Very safe area as it is up in the mountains and away from the city, police department is even next door. Everything is in walking distance. Our room had a very comfortable king size bed, a couch, nice chair with foot stool, desk with computer chair, fridge and small microwave. “The staff is very polite. The room was very clean. A little old but clean. The air conditioner was working great. I was able to get a burger next door at dennys and get a good night rest. Woke up full of energy and ready to go to work.”
