“I'll start off by saying the staff was excellent! No issues there. Anu, Brenda (the new housekeeper), Roxanne, and the day receptionist were all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is terrible. Our first room had an odor, the bathroom had rust and mold. The AC barely worked. It couldn't keep up with the Texas humidity. Traveling with a young child, this was unacceptable. We would appreciate this being escalated and addressed.”
