“Awesome place ! ”

“Good clean room. Staff wasn't intrusive. Enjoy the exterior door room access. Attended business mtg that day and facility for it was comfortable. One small note, and a very small one, I killed two small cockroaches in my room so managers might want to address that.”

“We were just there one night and went to Yoders for breakfast. But everything at the Hotel was perfect! We would stay there again!”

“Front desk clerk was able to adjust my reservation, when I had entered incorrectly on-line. Kudo to him. Room was clean , bathroom could use some maintenance. Overall everything was good, But, Went to breakfast and most everything was gone. One piece of bread. some cookies. There was cereal and yogurt available.”

“The room was great and the lobby/kitchen area was perfect and well appreciated. The host was very considerate and accommodating. We would stay here again if traveling in the area.”

“I was so impressed and pleased with my stay at Clarion Pointe Mattoon. From our check in until our departure, the staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was so clean and updated. We stayed 2 nights and it was a very peaceful experience. We have stayed down the road at the pricier hotel and this stay was comparable to it, only the price was better! If I had to have something to mention, the exhaust fan in the bathroom does not have its own control. ”
