“When we arrived our tv was not working. Housekeeping ignored our room. Had to request trash removal and towels. We were there 5 days and housekeeping never came until the evening before we left and then it was only because I requested it. Breakfast is nice.”

“There is not selection of food for breakfast. Fro hot food, they offer only scrambled eggs and oatmeal.”

“My wife and I stayed for a night to attend a wedding. The room and the property were very nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. I was worried that the 3 pm check-in would make us late to the ceremony, but the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Check-in took less than 5 minutes! The lobby had decent coffee even in the afternoon. I’ll definitely stay here again when in town.”

“The property needs a deep clean (carpets and grout in rooms) but the staff are exceptionally kind and the breakfast is good, internet is good and the pillows are the best ever!!!”

“We stayed at Visitation during our son and DIL marriage in the Frederick courthouse- afterwards we reserved dinner at Wye Oak Tavern. The environment, presentation and superior taste of food made for a memorable evening. They treated us with a glass of complimentary champagne to celebrate our night and we never felt rushed to leave that evening. It was a special night and our stay at hotel was superb - rooms were immaculate and comfortable- hotel grounds were lovely to relax.”
