Everything is rundown and damaged. I don’t believe that there was even a credible architect building this place. I felt like I was in a horror movie. Last but not least We found out that the place is for sale…..No wonder !”

“I feel that the kitchen and cottage ammentites were sub par to par. Surprised that traveling guests are expected to bring, paper plates, paper towels/ napkins, salt/pepper, toilet paper. For the price of the property, I expected the above items to be provided and I was also surprised to see broken window shades, leaky stained ceilings, rotted wood trim inside and out, remote with a broken back piece, cheap wooden/ wicker furniture. “Everything appeared as described, the kitchen fully equipped, hot water, A/C fully functional, clean and pet friendly. The only disappointment was the one of the two individual beds was broken and un-usable. Causing discomfort and bickering at night among my two teenage boys sharing single small bed.”

“Spacious beautiful place! So much room and very comfortable to stay in. It was a group of 6 of us and we all got our own bed and two bathrooms. Host was kind and answered timely when inquired about anything. Also lots of space to park multiple cars. Deer and roosters around the area, that was cool! Only 45 minutes away from Duval street.”

“Nice community, not far from Key West. However the house was not clean. The sheets and pillows had blood on them and looked like they had not been washed, there was a lot of dust and floors were not vacuumed properly. The bathrooms had hair on the walls. This resulted in us having to sleep on top of blankets we brought with us. ”

“This is a very special place. You pay for the tranquility and the peace. You have a private beach all to yourself. And the deer are super friendly (yes). A great plus is you can BBQ on the beach yourself. Please fix the big fridge and make more kitchen utensils and plates and glasses available. That would make it even more positive. I would come back. ”

“Excellent location - clean, quiet, well-kept community. Boat launch was key for us. Pool and beach looked very nice, but we didn't use. The unit is as described and has a nice patio out back that we used every day.”

“Il resort è Magnifico, sicuramente il più bel posto dove ho soggiornato alle Keys. Il personale è presente ed attento alle esigenze degli ospiti!!! Semplicemente un posto perfetto per godersi le Keys. Il Tiki bar è il miglior posto di Marathon per vedere il tramonto e bersi un buon cocktail. Assolutamente consigliato anche a famiglie con bambini, noi abbiamo soggiornato con due bambini uno di 5 e 3 anni! Le piscine sono calde una è sempre piena di giochi per bambini!!! ”
