“The place was everything as described. Close enough to Key West and beaches that we did not stay home much during the day but nice to have a peaceful place to land in the evenings. Bedrooms and bathrooms were right but served its purpose. Jennifer and Susan were very helpful with check in. Thanks for letting my parents relive their glory days in the Keys. I would stay again if we come back!”

“We had such a nice five-night stay at the Flamingo Cottage. It's secluded, quiet and was close to our desired Keys' activities. Communication was fantastic and facilities are as described. Can't wait for our next visit!”

“Thank you for a wonderful stay Glen and Hope! We loved the location it was convenient to travel to the Key West, yet far enough from the noise and party. Summerland Key itself is gorgeous! Few great spots for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Also every place around had fresh seafood and live music in the evening. Pool on the property was very clean and heated, which I loved since we got a few cooler days.Overall wonderful atmosphere. If we will be back to Key West next year, we will be back to stay...

“We loved the charm of the old Florida cottage feel, but unfortunately, this stay missed the mark for us. The house was surface-level clean, but furniture, towels, and linens had a strong stale smell that lingered on clothes. The beds were extremely thin and firm—uncomfortable to the point of pain—and the metal frames squeaked constantly. The pillows weren’t much better. I ended up on the couch, which was slightly more comfortable despite the same stale smell. The pool area was also...

“Our family stayed for a couple of nights during spring break. The property is well stocked with pretty much everything you need other than food. Very clean and nicely decorated! “Cottage is fine, but inside has a little bit of deferred maintenance to be addressed. Overall had a nice solo stay while fishing. Grounds are very well kept. Manager is terrific with communication. ”

"All perfect"

"L’appartamento era molto spazioso, forse perché era accessibile a persone con disabilità. La zona cucina è completa di qualsiasi cosa necessaria per cucinare, il patio aveva il ventilatore con il cordino rotto e quindi non si poteva spegnere..abbiamo dovuto staccare la presa di corrente. Le sedie avevano i cuscini molto sporchi, andrebbero lavati ogni tanto..il bagno è molto spazioso, il lavandino molto piccolo in proporzione. Letto non molto comodo per i miei gusti. All’esterno c’è la ghiaia, quindi camminando sui sassi e poi entrando in casa si lasciano tutte le impronte. Nel complesso in ogni caso, per una notte è stato un buon compromesso comodità/ prezzo per visitare le Keys."
