“I contacted the Stephen on 15/08 who confirmed everything was ready for us to stay however when I arrived to the property there was 7 people staying there and my booking was cancelled when the 4 of us were standing outside leaving us stranded in London on the Coldplay weekend desperate to find a place to stay. This was an absolute disgrace do NOT book here!”

“The house is a short walk to the subway which makes getting into London easy. There are also restaurants and a grocery store nearby. As a family of 11, we prepared a lot of meals and found the kitchen to be well stocked with dishes and basics like salt and pepper. Also the supply of fresh bread, cereal, cakes, fruit and juices was much appreciated when feeding 5 hungry teenagers. I would highly recommend the house. There are a lot of stairs so if you have mobility issues, I would not recommend...

“Stunning? Stunning what a poor quality place this is. No communication from host. Had to chase to get entry details. Filthy. Hairs on bathroom towel - possibly pubic. Bed not made up. Stains on walls. Bad odour in fridge. Dirty bath mats. Rubbish dumped on street outside, old mattresses, hoover, overflowing bins. Shocking that Expedia advertise this place. Would be overpriced at half the rate we paid. Avoid, avoid, avoid. ”
