“stanza sporca con capelli neri ovunque, struttura praticamente con zero servizio, immensa, caotica, con scarse indicazioni per la reception, impossibile perfino fermarsi per scaricare i bagagli per il check in senza pagare il parcheggio $15 (cosa non menzionata da nessuna parte). Tante perdite di tempo. Totale assenza di gestione e indifferenza nei confronti del cliente. Addebito di resort tax $38…per che cosa? Brutta esperienza. Peccato perché la struttura in sé è notevole e bella.”

“My main complaint was the room smelled like smoke from cigarettes. It was so terrible that even the clothes i didnt wear that stayed in my suitcase the whole time smelled like smoke. My son and I had stuffy noses and he even complained the smell was making him dizzy. We had an entire hockey organization stay at this hotel for a tournament we do every year and sadly i wouldnt recommened it for next year. Hopefully people respect the no smoking rules and the hotel can somehow clean the room to...
