“This is a nice little hotel in LBI that is reasonably priced and provides all the basics you need. It's not over the top but has a clean pool, good location, nice sized rooms, BBQ grills and a very welcoming front desk staff. They will provide beach badges too.”

“We stayed on the third floor of the Beach House and were alarmed at all of the outside steps(40!) we had to climb to get to our room. The steps are not covered so it would be harder if it were raining. That said, the kitchenette was small but fine. Bring your own dish detergent, napkins, paper towels, etc. There was no hair dryer. Beds were okay/blankets comfy and I liked that there was a bathtub as well as a shower. Pretty close to the beach and balcony nice, although we mainly saw the...

“My only complaint is the constantly increasing costs at this motel keeps rising and yet you are now charging a resort fee. I think some discounts on food there would help make one feel like they are not being taken advantage of at such a lovely place.”

“Beach access was great. The use of beach chairs and beach towels was helpful. Our room could have been better. Not the most updated. The staff was ok. Not really helpful with the cleaning of our room. It was a decent stay. Might consider it again, but in a bigger room.”
