“There was blood spatters on the bathroom sink. I called ahead of time about having a pet after I drove three hours they argued with me about bringing my pet and once I was allowed to pet the manager I was still charged an extra 160 dollars. I had also called to ensure there was a pool as we planned to spend the majority of our time relaxing there, the “heated” pool was absolutely freezing though it did seem clean. “Elevator chime was more like a gong and kept me up at night because I could hear it as it hit every single floor. Carpet tiles in room coming up and kept tripping over. No humidity exhaust in bathroom so water runs down the walls when you take a shower. 99% sure there's mold somewhere behind the mirror, etc because I'm allergic and couldn't stop sneezing whenever I was in the room. Walls are paper thin. Between the elevator, the road noise, and my neighbor's alarm going off both mornings at...

“The room was nice and clean. No breakfast. Had to ask for extra towels. Wash clothes had stains on them. The bed was comfortable and clean. Parking was good. ”

“The room was clean, and the staff, from check-in to housekeeping, were very accommodating. As mentioned in previous reviews, the parking was conveniently located right in front of our room. Everything worked great, and we will definitely return if we're ever in the Muskogee, Oklahoma area again.”
