“A very comfortable property in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The duplex was immaculate and well appointed. The owner has the communication and check-in/out process perfected. A 45-minute streetcar ride to Canal St. A parking space in front of the property. We would most definitely stay here again. Excellent stay. ”

“The property was warm and inviting, just as shown in the photos and described. The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean and well-equipped with all the listed amenities. The front yard was very large. The host was also super responsive. We truly enjoyed spending our Christmas in New Orleans.”

“The house was perfect for a couple middle aged dads taking a weekend getaway to go to an LSU game. It's located just a couple blocks from the edge of the tailgating. ”

“The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. We had plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. The beds were comfortable. My older children loved the pool table. I LOVED the country atmosphere. I felt safe. The host, Sandra, is the best!”

“I do not have any complaints about this property. Very quiet neighborhood and the home is lovely. We have a family member that gets chilly when she gets out of the shower. She was happy to know the bathroom ceiling exhaust also blew heat! The property was exactly as listed. The host, Steven, was readily available and always followed up. “Upon arriving, I was met by Melissa & Beau who were friendly and graciously advised me to contact them anytime if we required anything. Great location as we walked to the LSU game. Townhouse was furnished with everything we required for our 2 night stay. Liked the gated parking and large shared yard. ”
