“I travel quite a bit and this was a lovely stay…. The rooms were clean and comfortable, easy self check-in, staff was exceedingly pleasant, great breakfast, and the room was clean and comfortable. I will seek this place out again if I am in the area. ”
“Bellissima casa in stile vittoriano, sicuramente non per gli amanti della modernità ma per chi adora calarsi nelle atmosfere vintage. La colazione, tipicamente inglese, nel suo genere è ottima. Il centro città può essere raggiunto facilmente a piedi, ma non manca la fermata del bus nelle vicinanze . Mi mancava solo Miss Marple!”
“would be 5 stars for service but its unmanned on arrival. however lovely service at breakfast which full english was delicious. Room 5 on the top floor was perfect - so quiet and relaxing - nice view and the large walk in shower was excellent! bed was so comfy - best sleep for a long time. couldn't get parked as only 5 spaces in private car park but can park just metres away on public road. two minute walk to start of town centre.”

“Room was wonderful, window with fresh air was so appreciated as we were both recovering from being sick while traveling. Monica welcomed us with an efficient and informative check-in and shared parking details and recommended we visit the Turkish Baths, so we did! Great location about a 10 minute walk from most things. All in all, a lovely visit, and wishing Monica and co-owner all good things. If we pass through Harrogate again, there is only one place we will stay!”
“We had a fabulous two days at the Grantham Arms, the property was clean, the staff were so friendly, helpful and could not do enough for us, plus the room was lovely.
We booked the breakfast and this was amazing, cooked to perfection for us.
We will definitely go there again.

“Lovely location in the heart of Pateley Bridge with friendly staff and a fabulous breakfast. The car park adjacent to property is a public car park so can be a bit hit and miss if you get a spot but there are other options close by. Highly recommend”
