“The staff was not there when we arrived, they were grocery shopping. The tv didn’t work. The room was nice and very good and clean. The staff was not at the desk in morning either.”

“Hotel was wonderful! Welcoming, interesting with so much to look at, quick elevators, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit for us and it was pristine! The only thing I wished for was a store available where we could buy drinks and snacks, like chocolate, popcorn and chips for later night cravings. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! ”

“We had a few days in town as a couple, and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. We were met with a lovely welcome at reception. Our room was spacious, the beds were so comfortable, and the sheets and pillows were clearly very good quality. The restaurant was very nicely appointed, the wait staff very professional and friendly (thank you Sue, we really felt cared for), and, the food was delicious. The buffet breakfast was hot, flavourful, and fresh. We liked having the Nespresso in the room, and...

“Clean and perfectly located to all the places we like to attend. Shower in the room could use an upgrade. Rainfall shower head with little pressure. Free coffee and tea. Nice place to stay and will again.”
