“The room was fairly clean but very old and rundown. The tub had been repainted with all the paint coming off and a super slick floor. The shower curtain was ripped and ineffective. The TV was so old we couldn't stream anything and had to watch basic channels. The manager at the front desk was very nice and the bed was comfortable.”

“Location was the best feature. The furnishings were dated. The TV was non-functioning. The AC was very loud. Breakfast was just adequate.”

“Current guests were cooking on electric skillets on the sidewalk, bathroom was ancient, a A/C fan had a terrible high pitch scream. We forfeited our prepayment and left before we unloaded our bags. Horrible place. No idea how this rated a 7+ rating on Expedia”

“Everything was very good except for one elevator for a fairly large hotel. It stopped working for a while.”

“By far the worst Baymont that I have ever stayed in. The room was gross, A/C didn’t work, holes in the walls, etc.”

“Great location ice machines down 2 of 3 floors Bug in bathtub no hand soap at sink took 20 minutes to get a breakfast burrito and I was the only order housekeeping did refresh but did not even empty the full trash can Front desk super nice Would not stay here next time”

“Staff smiled and was courteous during every encounter from the front desk staff to the breakfast bar including any staff member you walked by.”

“Breakfast was okay, but could be better. Someone dinged our car while parked overnight. Most likely from a bike or scooter, not a vehicle.”

“Super access back to interstate 65. Staff was absolutely amazing. Would recommend.”

“There was a couple of flies in the room also the sheets and pillow case were unwashed .”

“Do not book through Expedia! Got there had no room although I had an itinerary number and confirmation number from Expedia. Had to buy another room when we got there after paying through Expedia. Now I’m trying to get a refund through Expedia for the room I didn’t get through them. No fun!! Call the motel directly to get your rooms. ”
