“Modernised rooms, great spa and golf facilities. Plenty of space. Room servicing required attention. We stayed 3 nights and the room wasn’t serviced on any day noting we paid the same for each day we expected the room to look and feel clean each day. Dirty Coffee cups and glasses were left and whilst towels were replaced once (which was fine) the servicing lacked attention to detail. ”

“Really happy with our stay in Furness Vale.The communication and information from Andy was great.Short drive to most of the peaks and Buxton.The walk along the canal path to New Mills was very pleasant.The cottage was very homely and comfortable and a great place to head back to after a long day walking.Definitely stay there again. ”

“Very comfy beds led to a good nights sleep. Clean room. Big enough for a night. Room and hotel a bit dated but not overly to distract. Friendly and helpful staff. The pool, sauna and steam room where great. The changing area and lockers ideal. The showers didn't have a mat outside them so the floor was very wet and quite slippy when we stayed. Breakfast was good. They didn't have much on show for gluten-free, fruit, yoghurt, cereals. Asked for toast and they also have more. The evening meal...
