“Not the friendliest of welcomes. A meeting cancellation meant I arrived early but I wasn't allowed to check in. The staff I encountered throughout my stay were distant and aloof. Signage around the sprawling site was poor so I ended up wandering around to find various amenities. For the positives, the room was clean and the breakfast was good quality ”

“Very comfortable and clean. No automatic airport shuffle on site (there is an tube station nearby) - need to book from a stand separately. Booking uber is cheaper. Room was very clean but the fridge wasn't working. The shower is great - water does spread to the floor as it's not contained in the stall. The staff were very friendly and helpful (Jack & Pedro). All in all a good stay and would return.”

“The Hotel is in an excellent location as Beaconsfield has everything you could need, the Thai restaurant is really nice, the only downside was the room we stayed in was close to the high street and was really noisy when pubs and restaurant's emptied late at night.”
