“Il letto della camera era per cosi dire "un asse di legno" nessuna doga o simile sotto al materasso di appena 15 centimetri. “was here last year and returned this year stayed 4 days mall across the street, great service, breakfast was good, well maintained property there was a slight issue with power the first day I was there and one elevator was out of service for one day but overall I was pleased with my stay. Recommend some sort of entertainment in the evenings and maybe a happy hour to encourage a more entertaining ambiance ”

“El hotel necesita de un buen mantenimiento. Las partes comunes no estan muy limpias tampoco. El piso donde hay la reception es el segundo. El parqueo esta' a 300 mts no es un problemaso pero cuandos tienes maletas tampoco es muy comodo. En el momento que te dan la targueta para salir del parque tienes que firmar un papel que en el caso te olvides de devolverla ellos tienen el derecho de cobrarte 50 Dolares... 50. No se tratan asi los clientes.”

“I love the wave and I am a regular client since 2014 but this time I regret to say the conditions of my room compared to the price asked were not fair at all. the room had a crazy humidity which forced to keep A/C on 24/24... it was not even possible to stand on your feet because of the slippery floor... furniture starts to get creepy because the few years ago renovation was cheap (like the table that was just painted...) ”

Only two things were, even though we paid for “valet parking” one night we got back late after a concert and we did not find any parking spots open. The security guard lady (who was AMAZING) offered us her spot and she parked somewhere else as she was leaving at 5am (this was around 2am). Also, our TV was disconnected when we came...

"Although I’d like to thank Francisco, the supervisor and Irish Perez, the housekeeping , I’m disappointed. I’m a frequent customer of Marriott hotel, I payed 300 euro each night and there is not room service , breakfast is not included , is far from the sea and the swimming pool is a very small place. I have got a room immediately close to the elevator and it was very noise . I booked the hotel just for the week end because I planned a cruise . The first day, when I have arrived, I just asked an information, which services are included in the resort fee. The lady had the “great “ idea to switch to the Spanish language to ask how explain me it… Don’t you know to switch to an other language is misunderstanding ? From the hotel uber it’s very easy to find . "
