“We needed two rooms. There were two room with separate bathrooms with a common eating area. A kitchenete but no refrigerator. One of the baths had a hot water tank, but the other did not.”

“I did not stay in this hotel as they falsely advertised that they had hot water and when I got there, the hot water didn’t work and when I asked to be changed to another room, they didn’t have any other rooms available.”

“Friendly , helpful & respectful staffs. Clean room and spacious. Great location near SM Bacoor. Great foods & with gate security. This was our 2nd time to stay and will definitely come back. Highly Recommended. ”

“It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...

“호텔 바로앞에 럭키차이나타운몰이랑 쇼핑이나 식사하기 좋은 레스토랑들 많아서 완전 좋았습니다. 그리고 2분거리에 168몰이랑 999몰이 있어서 간단한 쇼핑하기도 좋았네요. 그리고 위치가 관광으로 오기에 딱 좋아서 어딜가든 이동거리가 짧아서 좋았습니다!”

“When I arrived, the Wi-Fi was not working. They say they are a beach resort, the beach was extremely dirty and a 10 minute walk away. The food they supplied was extremely minimal with no vegetables and far too costly. There were no food options nearby. I had to complain to stop loud pulsing music after 11 PM.”

“Personale molto gentile e disponibile, camera grande e confortevole. La posizione non è quella segnalata, credevo di stare a 7 minuti a piedi da rizal Park invece si trova vicino a Guadalupe, a una decina di km di distanza. Inoltre le fermate di bus o mrt più vicine sono a 1,5 km di distanza circa”

“Ants that bite...broken hose to fill the water tank on the toilet, some one knew about it before because the water had been shut off for some time. I complained to the front desk they just said they would notify Matinence ”

“It was a big hassle checking in. Lobby receptionist doesnt know about my booking via hotels. Com. I even contacted Juan via hotels.com chat but had a miscommunication as well. I called the property contact person and was able to Answer me after 45 minutes. Finally, Mac (care taker) came and checked us in. He is very Nice and apologetic. Room needs to Be sprayed because there are small Cockroaches and ants. The faucet needs to Be fixed. Also The aircon is leaking from The bedroom. I Love their...

"Very convenient location if your flight arrive late at terminal 3. Easy to access and quite at night. Rooms are good, rooftop bar and pool very nice but we could not test them as it closed at 10 PM and we arrived later."
