“Sadly, the spa was not working and this was one of the draw cards for us. Also, we had 2 drinks charged to our room that were not ordered by us. Staff should never reveal guests names. When we did order drinks, from Our Land is Alive bar, we paid with cash. However when staff asked us for our room number, and we gave it, she replied by giving us our name which should never happen. Other than this, we do love Cordis.”

“Initially I booked temporary as I wanted to see environment. Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly. Extended my stay for One more week Washroom very clean, I have seen staff cleaning every other hour Highly recommended”

“Stanze molto pulite, personale della reception qualcuno poco empatico ma la maggior parte cordiali. Wi-Fi non sempre funzionava quindi da migliorare. In ogni caso un’ott Sistemazione al centro di Auckland vicinissima alla Sky tower. Ci ritornerei senza dubbio”

The staff were welcoming and professional, and the location made it easy to get around. Highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable stay.”

“Our stay at this hotel was excellent. We stayed in the 2 bedroom option and there was plenty of space. The kitchen amenities were goid, and the washer/dryer combo was great to have ( once we figured out how to use it). The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was close to the busline and restauraunts. The only thing I would suggest is putting another mirror or two in the room. 4 females getting ready with only one mirror in the bathroom was a little challenging. Overall, it was great!”

“L hotel si trova in una zona quasi priva di servizi ed è lontano dal centro. Il ristorante è piuttosto scadente. La camera che ci hanno assegnato era piuttosto umida e l'aria condizionata non molto efficiente. ”

“Great stay, reasonable price, next to a fairly busy road but the room was really quiet and soundproof. Huge amazing comfortable bed, room was very spacious which was great. Reception was really helpful. Recommend”
