“Very quick to respond to inquiries. Well stocked fridge and pantry for self serve continental breakfast in main floor and mini fridge in bedroom. Perfect spot to visit my son at Waterloo, catch a show at St Jacobs playhouse, and visit market. Very spacious room with very comfortable bed, and ceiling fan. ”

“Room was very clean! Comfortable King sized bed! Extra pillows and blankets in room. Large bathroom with shamoo/conditioner/ soap provided. Big fluffy towels. Friendly owner and waitress Breakfast was fresh croissants and oatmeal muffins. Homemade jam. Plate of fresh fruits.OJ, coffee and a crustless quiche with ham and cheese! Delicious!”

“We arrived late and were greeted by a friendly person at the counter. Check in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was a little soft. We were disappointed to hear the continental breakfast was not included.”

“My experience with this Courtyard and Expedia was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were not provided with the room type we booked. More concerningly, we found a used bar of soap in the bathroom, which raised serious questions about the room’s cleanliness and whether it had been properly serviced. When we requested compensation for these issues, the hotel staff claimed they were unable to assist because the booking was made through Expedia.
