It has everything you could want in a city that already has everything—great food, cool bars, amazing music, plenty to do, etc. It's all brand new in a renovated space. The rooms are large and comfortable, the bathrooms are sparkling, and the service is impeccable. There's a rooftop courtyard, a game room, and good eats and drinks right next door. It's more comfortable than anywhere else in the Bay Area, and just as accessible. Well...

“This is a wonderful place to stay in Napa. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, goes above and beyond. They accommodated my gluten sensitivity dietary restriction for breakfast. The hot breakfast is delicious.The outdoor area is quiet and large, with a nice hottub. Room was very quiet. We stayed during the week and was a great value for the money. Would stay here without hesitation if in Napa again.”

Empty the entire time we stayed and when ask if they can replace it the woman only said one word "NO" ! When I complained the office said she doesn't speak English. No apologies. “MY RM WAS ABSOLUTELY DIRTY. COBB WEBS HANGING FROM THE CEILING FELL ON ME WHEN IN BED. THE FIRE ALARM ON THE CEILING WAS TAPED WITH A BLUE TAPE AND IT HAD COME LOOSE AND PART OF THE DEVICE WAS DANGLING; BUT THE 2 MOST DISTURBING THINGS ARE THAT I FOUND DRY BLOOD ON THE COMFORTER ON THE BED I WAS SLEEPING IN AND THE COMFORTER HAD BEEN FLIPPED TO HIDE THE BLOOD. I NOW ALSO KNOW THAT THIS PLACE HAS A HISTORY OF "BED BUGS!!!" WAS THE BLOOD ON MY COMFORTER FROM BED BUGS THAT HAD FED ON SOME OTHER...

“My cousin stayed here and said it was out of date and needed a refresh. It was loud off the freeway so they moved his room, but I’d love a nice spot in the neighborhood and I think others would come if it was renovated.”
