“Toilet was too low to the floor, very hard to sit down and trying to get up. Electrical outlet by was burnt as if something got hot. Friends that stayed down the hallway from us, tv wouldn’t work because apparently someone stolen the hdmi cable. They told front desk about it and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. He asked if they could get one from another room and told him that no rooms were unoccupied.”

“Room was clean and comfortable, LOVE that the pool and hot tub were open 24/7!! Breakfast was good with hot options, and staff was very friendly! Our only complaint is that we stayed 3 nights and had the do not disturb sign out on our door and housekeeping ignored it every time and knocked anyway 😒 We were sleeping because our hours were not the “normal” hours that most people have and being woken up was like someone knocking on your door at 3am.
