“Manager was extremely helpful & professional regarding a problem we had trying to cancel an extra day without a charge. clean room, comfy bed, & outstanding staff. However pool was not operational, it was empty.”

“Evitatelo! Noi ci siamo capitati per caso perché non trovavamo niente di libero. Aperto Expedia e prenotato il primo hotel disponibile. Zona malfamata con brutti giri, la stanza lasciamo perdere.. vecchia con mobili rotti, capelli ovunque, lenzuola e teli macchiati. Avessimo speso 40€ posso capire, ma ne abbiamo spesi ben 150€!! ”

“Upon arriving we met Omar, I think that was his name. Anyway, he was friendly, very helpful, answered every question and concern with a smile. He made us feel so welcome! He turned a very stressful day into a little bit better one, making us feel right at home!”

“When I arrived, the desk clerk asked if I had been notified about the rate increase. Of course, I had not been notified. The rate was double what I thought I would be paying when I booked it. It was about 7 pm by then, so I was stuck. Not happy about this at all. I booked here because of the rate. ”
