Hotel a Mayfield

“We had stayed here more than once and this time was one of the poorest. We had no television after 8:00pm. couldn't find anything to watch. Poor reception in our room.We also disappointed that the room needed a good dusting(especially the bathroom). Our room was musty smelling. On top of that most of breakfast was cold!!!!!!!!I put a bagel in the toaster for 5 minutes and it was barely brown. Might have to consider another hotel. New crew in charge?????”

“An older hotel but clean, quiet, comfortable beds. The bathroom is very small but everything worked. Breakfast was good.”

“Overall smell of the place was not good all the way to the sheets. Had a large suite and only one of the air conditioners worked and was very loud. Doors had no threshold so noises came through too easily. TV was very blurry. For a suite with dining room, had no dining amenities like utensils, plates, etc.”

“Plenty of parking. Seems as though they are updating the rooms. The staff is professional, though not outgoing and friendly. Most frustrating is the fact that there are no towel hangers or plugs in the bathroom area. Also, the HVAC is either "Cool" or "Heat". Due to the dated HVAC, you are unable to set a temperature for the room. ”

“Un gioiello nel mezzo del nulla !!! Scendendo in macchina da Toronto verso New York abbiamo voluto fare una tappa defaticante ed abbiamo scelto al volo il primo hotel consigliato da Expedia nella zona in cui eravamo (Scranton). Siamo rimasti felicissimi per la qualità di questo hotel. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno grande e comodo. Qualità del sonno eccellente. L'Hotel dispone di ristorante interno (ottimo) e di una piscina e vasca idromassaggio separata aperte al pubblico fino alle 22.00 !!!!...

“We did not use the pool or have the breakfast. We just needed a place to wind down and rest while traveling. We found this place to have the most comfortable beds and pillows. The room was very nice with lots of space for the two of us. The shower wasn’t the best and the microwave needs to be updated. As far as safety, comfort and cleanliness though, I was very pleased and would highly recommend this hotel.”

“This was a very clean, new hotel with all the comforts you could want. The room was well-appointed with little hooks to hang your jackets and small bags, nice places to put your luggage and an ample bathroom. It was nicely decorated and modern. Breakfast was more than sufficient. We traveled with our two small pets and found that the pet area out back was not so good. That area needs work, but overall this hotel was excellent. “The Dunmore was a spotless motel. It wasn't fancy, but it was immaculately clean and conveniently located on our route. We love doing "Mom & Pop" whenever feasible. The air conditioner was a bit strange to operate, and the thermostat on the wall was about to fall off. The beds were comfortable and cozy.
