“To Whom It May Concern, I am writing regarding our recent week-long stay at your La Quinta hotel. Unfortunately, during our visit, the elevator was not working, which caused a significant inconvenience for us as guests in our late 60s. Having to use the stairs repeatedly throughout an entire week was difficult, uncomfortable, and physically stressful, especially considering our age. We chose your hotel expecting a safe, convenient, and comfortable stay, and the broken elevator greatly affected...

“Stayed 2 nights here with family. Clean rooms and premises. Breakfast was good , especially the biscuits and white gravy sauce. One of the best I’ve had even at restaurants. Easy parking. Cookies and lemonade available at the door. Big bottles of dove handwash, lotion , body soap, hair shampoo and conditioner. I would recommend staying here.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Microwave did not work but was replaced within minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful, Breakfast was very good.”

“Honestly, I was surprised by this hotel stay. Everything about this La Quinta was just right. The location is very convenient for a trip to Hachie… The staff was pleasant and accommodating… The room was clean and nicely equipped. I hate to say it but on a return visit just a week later to Waxahachie we decided to try one of the other hotels in the same immediate area and wish now that we hadn’t. We should have come back to this one. We will next trip!!”

“I booked a King Bed Suite for one night. When we arrived they gave us the keys for a 2 Queen Bed Suite. When we went back to the front desk to point out the mistake they told me I had booked the “Double Queen”. I had to show them my Itinerary and receipt on my phone to show them they were wrong. The man at the desk then told me I should be happy because the Double Queen room was more money. (False, BTW) When I said no, I want the single King he said he could move me to a King Suite for a $25...

“Minimalist, smallest tv ever, no coffee pot, 1small bar soap at tub and 1 at lavatory. Safe and clean. Over priced for weekends. Beds ok, 2 flat pillows.”

“This hotel is currently under construction and not open. I have been charged for the stay by Hotels.com. Hotels.com refuses to refund my money. I have contacted them multiple times and this issue has not been satisfactorily resolved.”

“The motel's back side (which has rooms) is facing a truck stop so you hear them refueling, as well as coming and going all the time. The carpet was sticky, the beds were hard and they had no comforters only a scratchy blanket. Very thin walls so you heard toilets flushing and bathrooms were very small”
