Unfortunately, nothing was done about it after complaints, which made it hard to relax and sleep. If the hotel enforced quiet hours better, this would have been a near perfect stay.”

“Overall, the hotel was decent for the price. It’s a little run down in some areas, but the room was clean and the breakfast was actually pretty good with enough options to get the day started. One big thing to note, avoid getting a room near the vacation club area if you want to sleep. It was very loud and hard to relax. “The air conditionig pushed out a smell that smelled like dirty coochie. I can ahead and have it on recording confirming the pool was heated and there was a hot tub also. Neither wree usable. They were noth so cold if frlt like jumping in the lake during winters first thaw and even the spa was cool enough itvshocked my skin enough i coud not stand tpnput more than my feet in and that was the whole purpose of my stay was to use these ammeneties for my daughters birthday.
