“The hotel was decent. We booked the hotel to be close to the hospital. There were areas in the room and the bathroom that were still dirty. During our stay at the hotel our vehicles were broken into with very minimal assistance from the hotel regarding the matter ”

“The staff was excellent in the front and they approved my reservation on Expedia to be canceled as I needed. I had reserved a week out and I needed the room the moment I was there in the front. The manager booked the reservation for me that night and I had somewhere to stay without getting double booked. I will continue to stay here every weekend I come to San Antonio, Texas! ”
