“Only cleaned room once in 4 days. Even after asking twice. Front desk person clueless. Said call manager in 2 days. Lack of soap in room. Had to ask for towels. Staff needs training and proper management. Put adults on top floor and rowdy kids on bottom.”

“Ideal stay for large group or family with mixed age kiddos. Property was immaculate and cozy. Modern conveniences with old time charm! Walking distance from everything. Definitely going to be our go to stay next time! ”

“We could not sleep in our room, the AC unit was making such a terrible shrieking noise. My husband and I were having such a hard time falling asleep, it was frustrating :( I eventually fell asleep early in the am, after putting a pillow on my head to try to block out the noise. The breakfast was also okay. I don’t plan on staying here when I visit Chelan again. The chlorine in the pool and hot tub was excessive that we could only use it for an hour before needing to get out because our eyes...

“Unaware of the two person max occupancy. Needs more bath towels in the unit as it comes with two. Don’t bring a lifted truck as parking is tight and limited parking spots. The room you have to go through the parking garage to get it. Overall the room was amazing.”
